A 3-Part Wellness Series for Nonprofit Leaders and Frontline Changemakers

The Compassion Fatigue Masterclass is a three-part wellness series designed to support the emotional well-being of grassroots nonprofit professionals who give so much of themselves to serve others. This space is built for those working on the front lines of community care—leaders, staff, and volunteers who often put their own needs last.

Through interactive sessions guided by Transcendent Living LLC, a licensed mental health professional, participants explore how to recognize burnout, regulate stress, and restore balance in their work and personal lives. Each session blends trauma-informed practices, peer connection, and practical tools for daily renewal.

Series Topics:

Session 1 - What It Is & Why It Matters
Defines compassion fatigue and explains how it differs from burnout.

Session 2 - Recognize the Signs
Participants complete a self-assessment and learn to interpret their results.

Session 3 - Action & Prevention
Participants create a Personal Resilience Roadmap with practical steps such as breathing exercises, journaling, setting boundaries, and simple team wellness practices.
